If you are unable to come to the office to make a complaint you may do so using this electronic form.  Please be aware that you may need to complete other forms depending on the nature of the complaint or may need to be formally interviewed during investigation of the claims below.  Also due to confidentiality laws we may not be able to discuss this matter with you any further or give you details of the outcome.  Thank you for taking the time to bring these issues to us.  By working together we can ensure safe housing for all.
